"List for Less"

We have designed a system called the "List for Less" program. This program brings ours clients the best possible service, along with a low commission rate of only 4 percent(If you qualify). Yes, that's right, a FULL SERVICE listing for only 4 percent! Along with the Arborhill committment, the 4 % listing
will include the following:

  • Your home will be placed on the Mutli Listing Service (MLS), exposed to 7500+ realtors
  • Sign in front of your house
  • Flyer distribution boxes in front of and inside of your home
  • At least two (2) open houses & advertising in local papers
  • Full internet exposure & e-mail service
  • Your home will be exposed to seven (7) real estate boards
  • Follow-up & feedback on all showings
  • 24 hour voice mail service

How can we list your home for only 4%? Well, for a few reasons. We have no franchise cost, we have low overhead, and also, selling real estate over the entire state, enables us to offer you a low comission rate. The breakdown of the 4% is as follows: the selling agent recieves 3%, and the listing agent (Arborhill) recieves 1%. Compare this to the 5, 6% or higher that is charged by others!
